You can opt fr many other courses like bsc in biotech/ biochem/ microbio/ molecular bio/ physiology/ zoology/ botany/ medical lab tech/ forensic science/ psychology/ nutrition, b.pharma/ bds, btech in biomedical engg/ food technology. Other than MBBS you should go for B.Tech in biotechnology as it has growing scope nowadays you will get a lot of opportunities in your future.

Medicine is found to be the most preferred stream after +2 with PCB. This includes the most demanded MBBS which you have mentioned, followed by BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BVSc, B Sc Nursing, B Sc Agriculture, Diary Sciences, Home Sciences, Nutrition and Dietetics and so on. Other than MBBS, we have a lot of career options to choose with. We can simply go for B.Sc in biological science with honors. Other than this, we have BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B.Pharm B.Sc in nursing, physiotherapy, etc. Hope this helps!
