Yes, there are many for Civillian as well as Army personal too. Visit Army Recruiting web site and you can browse through. Procedure starts with 12, Graduate, postgraduate, LL.B. ACC Entry & SCO Entry ( for serving personal only). Hope it helps the aspiring future Officers of Indian Army.

Yes, you can apply directly through technical entry scheme. You should have a decent percentage in 12th and you will be called for an interview based upon the merit list. The forms will be out in February probably.
