Is there any other option for students, who do not get the hostel facility? Do college give any reference?

Yes college will refer us . There is hostel outside as shantiniketan. -
Hi neel. Yes do college has contacts with a hostel where most of the students stay when they didn't get the hostel of college. It's in shantiniketan which is 1-2 km away from college. You will hardly take 5 minutes to come to campus. Also there are flats outside the college which you can rent it on.
