Is there any other pre requisite knowledge required for heading to learn android? I know basics of C and C++.

I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing android programming course. I would like to inform you that JAVA and Linux play a very dominant role in android programming. Though basics of these courses will surely be covered up by the coaching institute, I would recommend you to first pursue a course on Java and Linux to be able to understand the more advanced programming concepts easily and quickly.
