Is there any other way to become a successful software engineer as I couldnt qualify for IITs?
I have scored 89% in my 12th exams and I am good in maths.

Getting admission in IITs is not a piece of cake for being successful. If you work hard on your programing, computer languages and logical ability you may become successful software engineer from any college.
