Is there any other way to get a seat in IISER expect- KVPY,JEE advanced and IISER entrance exam? Isn't the 12th board results or JEE mains

I wanted to get a seat in IISER for Bsc physics. I've got 99.3 percentile in physics for JEE main- January and a 95/100 in physics in my board exam. But my overall 12th percentage is 93.6% in CBSE and 96.4 percentile in JEE mains. Is it possible to secure a seat in IISER?
