Students who discontinue their studies during engineering college education in Telangana must pay penalties according to TSCHE rules. Students who discontinue their B.Tech/B.E. studies in the first year must pay INR 10,000 to INR 20,000 to the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) base
