    Yes, there is a physical test that is conducted after the CDS written test. During SSB, fitness is tested through some physical activities. Apart from that, there is a separate medical test in which physical parameters such as height, weight, BMI, etc. Are tested. If you do not match the parameters set by the board, you will not be selected for the army through IMA or OTA, even if you have been recommended by the SSB. Therefore, you must carefully read the notification to check if you are meeting all physical fitness criteria set by the Army. Also, you must focus on your fitness during the preparation phase.
