Is there any placement in MCA at SGT? Some of my friends have done MCA from SGT, but they say that there is no placement.

While it's true that some individuals may not have experienced placements after their MCA from SGT, it doesn't mean that placements are non-existent. MCA graduates are generally eligible for various IT and software-related roles, and SGT may offer placement assistance through their career services.
