Is there any possibility of going abroad without writing GRE.TOEFL,IELTS that means based on graduation percentage?

No!
If you are targeting Australia, UK, Europe, UK, USA or Canada, it would be mandatory to take the IELTS/TOEFL. Depending on the course you want to apply for, it may be possible for you not to give the GRE. However, it is very much mandatory to take one of the English tests.

I am not sure. But one thing is for sure that without appearing for gre, you surely wont be eligible for good unversities
