Is there any possibility that the top colleges would reject me after knowing about the 2 year gap?

My CAT percentile is 73 as my preparation was not good. I want to give CAT again in 2016. I have completed my graduation in 2015.

No, even IIMs won't reject you if you secure very good percentile in CAT 2016. They are going to praise your dedication and determination towards CAT and you will get extra marks for that. There are people who wasted 2 years for CAT and secured seat in FMS, Delhi. The most competitive college for MBA in India, even higher than IIMs.
