Is there any possibility to get admission in Surathkal? I have scored 82 marks in JEE 2016 and I am expecting 90% in PUC.

With 82 in JEE and 90 in PUC your chances of getting NITK through general or OBC are very slim. With other categories getting low cut-off branches are possible. If you have State Quota you may also get other branches with category.
