Is there any possible way to get my MBA Provisional Certificate from MGU Meghalaya at the earliest?

I had applied for PG Provisional Certificate to MGU Meghalaya 4months back and still I haven't received my certificate. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer your calls, they turn off their phones or cut your call and also they talk rudely to people.Help Pls

Hi Sonali, As you are facing problem in receiving your provisional certificate I would suggest you to talk to your college principal or HOD or if the University have any grievance department probably they can help you. All the Best!
