    Of course, most NTT programs include practical training or internship in a preschool or nursery school as a compulsory component.

    This includes Classroom observations, Assisting lead teachers, Conducting circle time, activities, rhymes, or storytelling sessions. It also includes Managing classroom discipline and child engagement, Creating and using teaching aids. 

    Practical training helps build confidence, classroom handling skills and real-life teaching experience.
