Is there any private college in Delhi to pursue BBA with less fee?
My marks are 71% aggregate. I know I can't get a government college in Delhi because I don't have maths. I passed my 12th in commerce without maths.

For BBA, you do not need mathematics. You may check with Bharati Vidyapeeth. Do not opt for Amity as its fee is higher and quality is not up to the mark.
