Is there any private graduation course where I'll get a certificate without an exam like BA (General)?

I would suggest you not to go for such kind of private degree without appearing for the exam as it would not solve any purpose in the future. It is always better to go for a good college and pursue a regular degree if you plan to have a great future ahead.
