    Fresher means new in work after studies and do not have work any where, so every one is fresher at his/ her career starting point. Multiple qualifications or higher educations always paid in times. Every fresher have to prove their mettle by putting hard work and sincere continuous efforts. So put your best efforts and hard work along with good problem solving ways, then you will get highest place in few years. Private industries never have problem with age whether younger / or older but they search best problem solving attitude and hard worker along with educations in their required respective field.     No not basically. Ya sometimes company have some issues if you take a break of more than two year.
