Is there any problem with being a plane Company secretary without taking optional studies?

Hi there. No, there is no problem in being a company secretary alone if you have in depth knowledge. However, most of the people and even firms prefer a CS with a LL.B. Degree over someone without it or any other course. A CS with LL.B. Will definitely have more knowledge and experience in the field
