Is there any procedure for clear my 1 subject backlog of first year to complete my graduation from banglore university.

I only have a subject (2 papers) as arrears from 1st year whereas my 2nd and 3rd yr is Completed. Now with just 1 subject as a backlog how can I complete my graduation? The annual scheme is no longer valid at Bangalore University where I attempted. Please suggest alternatives, I want to graduate.
