Bachelor of Design or Bachelor in Fashion Technology are distinct courses but follow the same academic stream. Bachelor of Design includes conceptual design, furniture design, interior design, etc. , whereas Bachelor in Fashion Technology allows students to develop, design, manage, and sell fashion items. No, there is no process to get B.FTech (apparel production) even after filling out B. Des in the NIFT application form. I hope this will help you.

I am really sorry to say that there is no such process for changing the Bachelor course after filling. But I assure you that Bachelor of design (B. Des) is a far greater course than Bachelor of Fashion (B. FTech). If you fill the B. Des form then it's fine, you get all the things to know in B. Des which help you for B. FTech.
