Is there any professional course which covers the entire stock market?

The course should contain each and every ins and outs of the stock market, from types of shares and alternatives to it, to in which situations do companies issue what kind of shares. Debt funds, equity funds, etc. excluding any of the accounting stuff. In a nutshell, the entire stock market.
