Is there any provision in indian university (or IGNOU for credit transfer for student who left there college halfway?

I was enrolled in B.A. (hons) Economics, in 2017 in Delhi university however I could not complete my graduation in 2020. can I pursue my graduation for remaining credit in some distance university.
