is there any provision of submitting same sem fee 2 times after year back. and submitting the fees structure of next batch.

i had one year gap in my regular studies of b.tech. after 3rd sem i left clg for one sem due to some personal reasons but when i joined the clg faculty said that i have to continue with 3sem and i have to submit the fees of 3rd sem again and the fees of next batch which is more than mine.

once u are entitled to continue with your studies ,u have to pay the fee u are been told and which is been mention in your fee structure at the time of admission. check with your college university rules
