Is there any quota/ preference given to a doctor in NEET SS counselling who has worked for the govt. after completing Masters in surgery?

In-service quota applies to individuals who have volunteered for service in tribal and rural areas for a minimum of 5 years. The main reason of introducing the in-service quota was because, candidate were not able to work and at the same time update their knowledge and compete with other general merit candidates.
50% of government reservation was for government doctors who are in government service.
