Is there any regular course for Masters or Diploma in digital marketing and advertising?

I am a mass communication graduate. Also, I have work experience of around 2 years in content writing and social media marketing. I am looking for a regular degree in the above fields. Colleges/Universities: Government preferably and location should be Delhi, Mumbai or Pune.
