Is there any relaxation for central government employees for doing polytechnic or B.Tech through part-time or distance mode?

There is no specific and special relaxation for Central Government employees in seeking admission in distance learning courses. Most of Indian universities only have relaxation for Defence Services personnel beside those covered by reservation policies of GOI.
