Is there any relaxation for SC/SC students in eligibility criteria?

I have 5.81 CGPA in civil engineering from GTU.

    A relaxation of 5% of marks, from (55% to 50%), or an equivalent relaxation of grade, is allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/SEBC.
    You can check this scores and if it fine then try for applying the college or the entrance exam.
