I don't suppose there is any reservation in PGDM course. You can try the MMS program (through CAP rounds) if you want to avail the reservation. For the exact quota in reservations, refer to the MH-CET website,it's clearly specified there. The quota mentioned there is applicable to all the colleges in CAP rounds.

Yes you can apply.
There is a very small percentage reservation for SC/ST/OBC.
On merit basis seat is allocated.
