    No, there is no such bias. However, it depends on the company's requirements.

    Hi Sankar, there is no yes or no for your question. Every good B-school has good mix of students varying from fresher to work exp. So it all depends upon how you perform in your Interview and if asked about your work exp, how you will back it up. It can be good and bad as well but you will never have yes or no for this.
    For your cv, it should be short, clean and crisp. DO NOT write extra things which you do not know. Your interview will solely depend upon your cv so write only what you know and no extra thing. Any CV is good if candidate is authentic and know what he/she has written.
