Is there any rule in India regarding how much time the students need to spend on campus for their course to be recognised?

I am an international student at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, studying chemical engineering. My course is B. Eng (3years+1).

    No, there is no such rule but sometimes it depends from college to college.
