Is there any scheme through which I can study abroad with 100% scholarship?

Getting 100% scholarship is very difficult unless you have a marvellous academic profile with great Shops and LORs. Try getting RA (Research Assistantship) or TA (Teaching Assistantship) where you can get a 100% scholarship.

Unfortunately, it's rare and you have to be extraordinarily brilliant to receive a 100% scholarship.
