Depending on their academic application and supporting documents submitted during admission, aspirants are awarded scholarships. The financial aid and different scholarships offered to aspirants at the Valpo campus are:</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Financial Aid: </strong>This refers to the financial aid disbursed to aspirants at Valpo University shortly before the Valpo semester. Under normal circumstances, students must visit the Financial Aid Office to receive this scholarship.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>&nbsp;Campus Scholarships</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Endowed Study Abroad Scholarships: This scholarship is offered by a few liberal donors as a means of assisting students. It helps students plan their studies abroad.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>World Languages and Cultures Scholarships</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><strong>National Scholarships: </strong>National scholarships are offered to almost all students regardless of competition. In the past, most Valpo students received this scholarship. With the help of study abroad programme advisors, students can avail themselves of this scholarship.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><strong>Inclusive Ireland Scholarships: </strong>This scholarship is offered to BIPOC (Black Indigenous and People of Color) students studying abroad in Ireland. This scholarship is offered in collaboration with Diversity Abroad, Education in Ireland.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><strong>Benjamin</strong> A. Gilman Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to students studying Critical Need Language courses. For instance, Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Turkic, Russian, Korean, etc. Students can receive USD 3000 per summer and USD 4000 per semester or up to USD 5000 per year.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation"><strong>Diversity Abroad Scholarships:</strong> To ensure all students have equal access to opportunities for traveling and studying abroad, students are offered this scholarship.</p></li></ul>
