Yes, LPU gives the scholarship on the bases of JEE advance rank for more details from the link which is given below- www.nest.lpu.in.

Dear Vishal Thakur, I am not sure about the scholarship based on JEE Advance at LPU, but LPU offers scholarships based on the JEE Mains. Apart from this LPU offers many other scholarships.
