LPU has a wide range of scholarships to benefit the students. The scholarships are a boon to the needy and a big encouragement to the meritorious. There is no specail scholarship for the B Tech students, I am giving you the details of all the scholarships, you can choose that suits you at the time of admission. The best thing about LPU scholarships is what you get at the time of admission continues till the completion of the course. However, the criteria is different for those who have sought admission through sports quota, board toppers and performing arts. If you are a board topper and someone from sports category and extra curricular performance category, you will have to either maintain a CGPA or keep performing in sports or extra curricular activities as the case may be. Otherwise if you have got scholarship through LPU NEST there are no restrictions. Once you get a scholarship, you will get the same amount of scholarship throughout the programme. There are other scholarships too the university offers. Applicant having Benchmark disability of more than 70% and/or Locomotor disability caused by spinal cord injury can avail the benefit of full programme fee waiver subject his/her case being approved by Special Committee constituted by LPU. There is scholarship for EWS, Minority and SC/ST students. For availing the benefits, the student usually fills the form provided by the government authorities in colleges only. Merit cum means scholarship for Professional. Technical Courses (Minorities) are usually for the students whose family income is not more than 2.5 Lacs per annum.

Hi, Private College (some) provides so-called scholarships based on your class 12th marks. Government College generally don't offer fee waiver because their fees is generally low itself.
