Is there any scholarship for general category B.Ed. student?

<p>The scholarships available for candidates from General category is less in comparison with the candidates belonging to any reserved candidates, but there are some:</p><p><strong>National-level Scholarships:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Tata Trust Scholarship for B.Ed and D.Ed Students:</strong> Provides fee waivers for some deserving candidates in some states.</li><li><strong>CARE Rating Scholarship Scheme:</strong> INR 25,000 per year given to the deserving students in India.</li><li><strong>UGC Emeritus Fellowship:</strong> For the faculty who have been retired from a particular college and wish to go for research field. Given a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 and also contingency allowance of INR 20,000 per year.</li><li><strong>Vidyasaarathi MPCL Scholarship:</strong>&nbsp;INR 8,000 per year for B.Ed. students based on merit and income criteria.</li></ul>
