is there any scholarship for poor students?????????

i want to do bsc in mass communication in delhi and lives in faridabad. is there is any scholarship according to government rule parents income less than 1 lakh?

Meritorious but poor are always encouraged with scholarship in some forms or others based on some bench mark which may vary from institution to institution.
