Is there any scholarship for UG course or Diploma course to study free in abroad ?

Hi
Nothing comes free in life and if you wish so, your profile of academic, co-curricular has to be extremely good. Germany do hv free bachelor's almost but you will need to show atleast 8-10 lakh in ur account. Diplomas in countries like canada are generally cheaper than the degree.
