No, the universities are the one that provide the scholarships and fees off, with their individual plans. You should go through the website and their prospectus and find out.

There are no scholarship programmes with the JEE Mains paper. But you can later apply for various State and Central Scholarship programmes. Contact your college administration for the available scholarship scheme. -
