Yes, at college level the scholarship is provided based on the below criteria:

Merit Scholarship and Founders Scholarship with upto 100% tuition fee waiver.
Upto 85% scholarship for students from SAARC, Africa and other selected countries.
Upto 75% scholarship for students from Middle East.
