Is there any scope for 1 year PG diploma in human resources management?
I know it's not equal to MBA but I can't go for MBA due to financial reasons. I want to go in HR management. Is 1 year PG diploma worth it or a waste of time? Will I get a decent job after it? Please help me regarding this.

With one year PG Diploma in HR, you will get junior HR executives jobs which earlier used to be called clerical posts in HR or Personnel Department.

Thank you, sir, for answering my question. Please clarify two more things:
What shall be my starting salary as the junior executive HR in cities like Delhi and Bangalore?
If I gain 2-3 years of experience at the junior HR post, will I get promoted to the senior position?
