In architecture there is a lot of scope of that, we have entered the 21st century and India is a developing country, from last few decades architecture has entered the country with a boon. Be it the metropolitan or any small town scenario has changed totally.
Even try compare your surrounding with that 2 months before you will notice a lot of new construction around.
People are now becoming aware of the modernism that has entered and they are trying to compete with the growing country.
