is there any scope for computer diploma student,without HSC in merchant navy?

Dear Kamran, Even 3 Years Diploma from a recognized university is equivalent to HSC. So if you be having same you can apply for Merchant Navy.

HSC is the minimum requirement at least write and clear papers through open school
