Company secretary are also called as compliance managers as they are the ones with an overall and all round knowledge of various laws applicable on the industries. Apart from CA, you can opt for CS, CMA, CFA, FRM, go for NSE or BSE certification, become a valuer, Actuary among many others. There are many courses which can be selected. You may also take the regular graduation then MBA and work. All the best.
