Is there any scope in studying B.Sc agriculture in colleges without having ICAR permission?

ICAR is the governing body for all agriculture courses in India, so it is not advisable to study an agricultural course without ICAR approval, however the choice is yours. Please note that the degree or diploma in agriculture may not be recognized by several educational institutes or industries.
