Dear Akshay , you are a better person to answer your question , just imagine , from morning to evening what ever you see on your TV screen , almost everything has a contribution of VFX . Specially in past one year almost every 2nd ad on TV has used 3D animation and VFX , so the point is very clear , there are huge scope . :)

8 years agoAll of us are aware about the huge commercial success of VFX incorporated films like Avatar. We would also have read news about the success of Bahubali part 1. Basically India is a media and entertainment savvy nation and is also produces the highest number of feature films in the world with over 1000 films every year. Every film has minimum 50-100 VFX shots to maximum 4000-5000 shots. VFX is a laborious and highly skilled work.

If you take up VFX, it would be better if you do it after learning animation, otherwise, you'd be stuck in a Rotoscopy job for a lifetime. Also, it would be helpful, if you're good with dynamics or matte painting since those would offer you areas for growth.
