Is there any scope of bio tech after doing b.tech only?
I am thinking to do my b.tech graduation from a good government college.

After B.Tech Biotechnology, you may opt for :
-M.Tech Biotechnology
-PGD in Biotechnology
-PGD in Clinical Research
-Integrated PhD courses
-Master of Philosophy in Biotechnology
You may even opt for short term courses :
-Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology
-Advanced Post Graduate Diplo

The scope is there but very limited and might prove to be less paying in future. I suggest to go for post graduation courses or for some specialization.
