    This is the age of Electronics and Telecommunications. It is impacting all walk of life. Maximum innovation and technology advancement are taking place in ECE field. ECE engineers have a good future. ECE engineers are employed in following type of role:
    (a)Maintenance and operations role in electronics, telecommunication equipment manufacturing companies.
    (b)Maintenance and operations role in manufacturing companies
    (c)Maintenance and operations role with Telecommunications service providers
    (d)Testing, Quality control and supervision of the deployment of electronics and telecommunication devices

    Hi in future there is very much scope of electronics as India making its steps in chip manufacturing industry but this is to be in future and presently core EC job is limited for core jobs you have to migrate to other country. Hence if you can rely on future that is4-5 year you can opt for it.
