Is there any scope of marketing and system, as I've taken it as my MBA specialisation? Or should I go for marketing and HR?

Your choice should depend on your interest areas and personality traits. Marketing or HR both need a separate aptitude. From a career perspective both have good growth opportunities. A persons chances of doing well in career depends a lot on his/her pursuing a career/ one's interest areas. -
