Yes, there are sectional cutoffs in the various entrance exams like CAT NMAT, etc. which are considered by the top-ranked MBA colleges for their admissions.

Generally, all MBA entrance tests such as CAT, XAT, IIFT, NMAT, etc. have sectional cut offs apart from the overall cut off score for admission.
