Yes there is a sectional cutoff criteria for every exam.However,sectional cutoff is not disclosed.

Yes there will be sectional cut-offs but the institute doesn't declare the same. 96%ile was last years' cut off so you can expect it to be around the same this year as well. For the time, you should be focussing on clearing the overall cut off as that shall be declared soon by the institute.

There is a sectional cut-off but it isn't revealed. If you have managed to get an overall score of above 96% then it would be safe to assume that you will, most likely, pass the sectional cut-offs as well. All the best :)
